Hello!! I take
this difficult task of biting my own teeth and try to describe myself. I am Vivek Dikshit and this is my first stride into
the e-street. This is my territory in the cyber space, where you can find information about me. My birth place is Kanpur(Uttar
Pradesh). I did my schooling from JDSVM(Kanpur) . I was always fascinated by electronics, so when I had an opportunity
to go for electronics, I grabbed it with both hands and joined the Institute of Engineering and Technology, Kanpur for my
Bachelors in Electronics and Communication Engineering. I joined IIT, Delhi, for my Masters in Integrated Electronics&Circuits(VLSI Design).
Currently I am working as R & D Manager in Synopsys.
My area of interest is "Memory
Compiler" (High Speed and High Density SRAMs and Register Files, ROM) development for leading foundries from specs to delivery.
Mainly memory circuit design related to margin & performance improvement, variability analysis and functional verification.
Design in FINFET is a new interesting field.
My responsibilities also includes Making project plan, resource scheduling, Mentored and trained junior engineers.
Developed almost all of the data validation flows , included in these are procedures to verify timing data, power data, leakage
and area estimation. Working closely with Layout teams for design implementation.
Managing the effort across multiple remote sites and cross functional teams to ensure the correct project execution.
